What's your pace when you jog, run, or use equipment in a gym?

You can easily determine your pace by playing these tracks and taking some notes while you're working out. Then use the information to set up your workout playlists.

To download for listening just click "download." You can save the file after listening.

To download and save to iTunes and your iPod on a Mac computer, option-click "download." This will put the file on your desktop. Double click it there and it will load in iTunes. On a PC, single left click "download" and follow your browser's instructions.
