In response to listener requests, this episode is a single-range, single-genre BPM workout. All of the tracks are rock tunes in the 150 to 159 BPM range. Feel free to use it alone, in tandem with sessions in other ranges, or as a part of a BPM sequenced workout of your own design. I'm eager to learn whether this format is helpful to paced exercisers.
